With nearly 15 years of experience across high-pressure and people-centered roles, I’ve dedicated my career to developing professionals who thrive — especially when it matters most. I’ve spent the last 6 years as a 911 dispatcher and the past 4 years training new dispatchers, helping them build confidence, composure, and clarity in one of the most demanding jobs out there.
Before entering public safety, I spent over 7 years in sales and customer service leadership. That background sharpened my communication skills, gave me a deep understanding of human behavior, and taught me what it truly takes to connect with people. Along the way, I’ve been invited to speak at multiple engagements for outstanding performance in customer service and sales — but my real passion has always been helping others grow.
As a trainer, I believe effective instruction isn’t rocket science — it’s about building trust, and delivering feedback in a way that fuels progress. I've often been told I have “a knack for people,” and I use that to create training environments where people feel seen, understood, and supported. My goal is simple: to help agencies build stronger trainers, more resilient first responders, and teams that actually work.
